Attach the Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed once our specialists verify the item's condition.
